Recent Projects

We have accumulated more than two decades of experience assisting private sector firms as well as all levels of government across many different business units and directorates, including parastatals, NGOs, and CBOs. These engagements have given us deep insights, primarily in South Africa, but also with a range of international clients across the continent and beyond. Because each project is unique and inherently presents its own set of complexities, we are wholly committed to tailoring our approach to meet specific client needs. We specialise in translating these complex challenges into strategic, manageable initiatives that deliver measurable, high-value results.
